Miss 11 left for camp this morning. Her first camp! I didn't know whether to be excited for her or be worried about her. She was so excited I didn't think the camp was going to live up to her expectations but she rang after dinner and she said its even better than she thought it would be so I am so glad she is having a good time even though I already miss her like crazy! It is so weird to not have her in the room next to me. Just another sign of how quickly they are growing up :(Happy List

Oh, I hate leaving home without money or cards. Just happened yesterday. I was in the checkout line, too. AGH!
ReplyDeleteI have a lot of catching up to do around the blogosphere, but I just wanted to pop in and let you know that I LOVE your Happy/Hate List idea - what a great way to keep life in perspective! Hopefully the good will start outweighing the bad someday soon? =)
ReplyDeleteI don't like headaches and roadworks either! This is a cute idea. I used to keep a gratitude journal where I forced myself to write 10 things I was grateful for at the end of each night. It has been years since I wrote in that journal. I may need to pick it back up!
