I us...You might just have slow/low blood pressure. I used to do that, and still do get dizzy sometimes, if I get up too quickly. My doctor told me to sit on the edge of my bed for a few minutes and then slowly get up first thing in the morning. <br />Also, salt, keep a little salt shaker by your bed. A little salt lick helps get your blood pressure back to normal.<br />I found that when I started to walk a few times a week, that my blood pressure got better and my dizzy spells dramatically diminished.
